This policy explains what personal information Raavo ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or order from us, and how we look after it. We only ask for what we need to make and deliver your furniture.
1. What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), delivery address, city and any notes you add.
- Payment evidence: the screenshot or receipt of your bank or wallet transfer, and any transaction ID you enter. We never see or store card numbers or banking passwords.
- Custom requests: your description, sizes, budget and any reference photos you upload.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit) kept by our hosting provider for security.
2. How we use it
- To confirm, build, deliver and support your order, including progress updates on WhatsApp.
- To check your advance payment against our bank records.
- To reply to questions and custom requests.
- To help with after-sales questions and keep records required by Pakistani tax and business law.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Who we share it with
Only the people and services needed to run your order:
- Our workshop and delivery team, the details needed to build and deliver your piece.
- Service providers that host our website and database (Vercel, Supabase) and send our internal order alerts (Slack). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Pakistan.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Payment screenshots and custom-request photos are kept in private storage that only our staff can open.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records for after-sales support and for the period Pakistani law requires for business records. Custom requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
5. Cookies & storage
Essential cookies and browser storage are always on: they keep your basket and wish list, remember your cookie choice and keep our staff signed in. The site cannot work without them.
Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them in the cookie banner. Analytics counts visits anonymously so we can improve the site; marketing lets us show Raavo offers on Facebook, Instagram and Google. Your choice is kept for six months, and you can change it at any time with the cookie button at the bottom left of every page, or here: .

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Message us and we will reply within 7 working days.
